Akkodis is seeking Complaint Investigations Tech for a Contract job with a client in Alameda, CA. The candidate must have knowledge of ISO and FDA quality system regulations and experience in laboratory testing for customer complaints. Rate Range: $29/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Complaint Investigations Tech job responsibilities include: Performing routine physical, chemical, or functional testing on products returned from the field due to customer complaints.Summarizing and recording all test data, maintaining proper documentation of lab work.Processing customer returns in a timely manner in accordance with ISO and FDA QS regulations.Supporting the company's goal for timely complaint investigations and closures.Adhering to good laboratory practices, including the handling of chemicals and biohazardous materials.Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards affecting IVDs and biologics.Communicating effectively through written and oral reports. Desired Qualifications: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in laboratory or quality control.2-4 years of experience in laboratory testing or quality control, preferably in the medical device or biotechnology industry.Knowledge of ISO and FDA quality system regulations, especially in IVDs and biologics.Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate documentation.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
