Schneider is looking for a Field Service Supervisor in the Las Vegas area Responsibilities Include : Work with sales personnel to develop multi-year customer system upgrade plans, including short-term and long-term customer budgets and account plans. Perform and/or supervise scheduled preventative maintenance on installed customers to control systems, commissioning, and start-up of new control systems to ensure proper operation. Perform quality control inspections on service agreements and installations. Manage tools and equipment lists to ensure all specialists have what is required to perform their work. Develop and implement processes that will bring efficiencies to the service organization. Review reports and analytics and provide recommendations for system improvements to the customers. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair control systems wire, hardware, and software Install, replace, and re-commission control systems devices, equipment, and Software. Qualifications: At least 5+ years' combined experience as a Service Specialist, BAS/HVACequivalent industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct customer interaction Advanced understanding of HVAC or security systems. They must exhibit strong leadership skills including providing regular direction to team members, and the ability to empower others through delegating responsibility. This individual is likely to be on a career path leading to Field Management and exhibits all the experience and capabilities of a Service Specialist III, while being able to perform all non-financial responsibilities of a Project Manager when requested.
