THE AGENCY OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. THE JOB The Integrated Supervisor manages and makes sure the team is executing well on the details while paying attention to the big picture of the media campaign. A successful Supervisor demonstrates skill in 'owning' and 'being accountable for' the business, which is defined as a clear understanding of overarching, high level business objectives for the client; and how, strategically, OMG23 is recommending we achieve those objectives."¯The Supervisor is tasked to provide the team with client perspectives, insights, goals and strategies, as well as to personally manage all communication plans, assignments and projects within the team. The Supervisor is a model for the team's talent, in terms of communications style and frequency, along with being a motivator, coach, guide, and supporter. Responsibilities include: * Work with Associate Media Director and Director to establish media objectives and strategies for advertising campaigns * Ensure delivery against key milestones, build and manage timelines for integrated media campaigns * Provide full media planning service for client across all media types * Train and assist in the development of AMP and Planner's media skills (online and offline) * Manage AMP and Planner work output and volume * Work as the client contact managing day-to-day questions and developing appropriate courses of action * Explore media alternatives and develop media solutions, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and solid decision-making * Oversee media plan and budget maintenance, ensuring strong level of accuracy * Accurately manage investments and SOX compliant purchase authorization process * Compile and interpret media research for use in media plan development * Present media plans and recommendations internally and to clients * Maintain responsive working relationships with internal media buyers, creative teams, and other media contacts * Stay apprised of new opportunities by meeting with media/vendor representatives on an ongoing basis; Formulate POVs * Maintain knowledge of current media industry issues and trends * Help in the development of competitive analysis in order to gain knowledge of the competitive marketplace YOU We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents: * Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications or related field * A minimum of 4 years of media planning experience; integrated experience strongly desired * Strong experience planning for national television and digital * Spot TV, Radio, OOH, Print a plus * At least two years management experience required * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings * Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking * Proven media planning skills and clear understanding of the media process * Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment * Experience planning Upfront TV campaigns required * Digital Upfront experience is a plus * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Proficient in proprietary analytics and syndicated research tools This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. #LI-HL1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $75,000-$90,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
