Aim for amazing and beyond. About the Role Develops and maintains inventory control levels as it relates to operation procedures. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Maintain workflow of production, distribution and inventory. * Maintain spreadsheet of workflow, production, distribution and inventory and Quality. * Daily operation of inventory replenishments and cycle counts. * Daily operation of inventory in Bin checks. * Coordinating workload of associates. * Receive and review downtime for associates. * Will also perform other duties which might include; housekeeping-cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, picking up and taking out the trash, etc. * May be designated, according to work volume to other departments when assigned or needed. * Other job duties as assigned. * Excellent attendance required Essential Knowledge, Abilities and Skills * Can effectively communicate verbally and written. * Type 25 wpm * Certified cherry picker/forklift experience * Lift up to 50 lbs. * Team player * Follow oral and written communication * Advanced Attention to detail skills * Safety Champion * Basic conflict resolution skills Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience * 5 years of previous experience in a warehouse inventory or lead position.
