Responsibilities: We're seeking an experienced Manager to oversee and elevate the operations of our restaurant and bar. Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include: Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded Managing inventory levels and maintaining strong relationships with vendors Designing and maintaining an efficient schedule to optimize staff performance Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting and revenue goals Enhancing food and beverage programs, with a focus on craft cocktails, craft beers, and high-quality menu offerings Identifying opportunities for operational improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability Qualifications: The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in hospitality management, coupled with a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
