Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions  Ability to take food and beverage orders from guests accurately  Engage with guests in a friendly manner   Preferred Qualifications: 2 years' experience in a qualified restaurant  A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience Wine and POS system knowledge is a plus Written and verbal comprehension of English language  Team oriented Fine Dining experience a plus
