Create seasonal and innovative cocktail menus that enhance the guest experience. Host tastings, flights, and interactive experiences to engage and educate patrons. Train and lead a dedicated team to uphold service excellence. Manage inventory and build strong relationships with suppliers. Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new ideas to keep the bar ahead of the curve. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in bar management, beverage programs, or leading bartending roles. Expertise in whiskey, including production methods, tasting notes, and pairings. Strong bartending and mixology skills with a creative flair. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
