Production Team Member - Fayetteville Woodpeckers

Department: Ballpark EntertainmentSupervisor: Manager, Ballpark EntertainmentClassification: Part-Time/Non-exempt/SeasonalSummary/Objective:The Fayetteville Woodpeckers are seeking experienced individuals to operate the production equipment in the control room for the 2025 season. These positions will be a part of the entertainment team and will operate our instant replay system, scoreboard switcher, and show control software. An ideal candidate would have experience with video production and is knowledgeable about the game of baseball. This is a part-time, seasonal position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Operate our instant replay system for all in-stadium broadcastsFollow the rundown that is provided by the Manager of Ballpark Entertainment and place the appropriate headshots, sponsor graphics, and videos on the video boardSwitch between cameras and replay system on tricaster while directing the show and making sure all sponsorships are fulfilledOperate and troubleshoot cameras throughout the ballparkOther duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredFamiliar with computers, production and audio equipmentMust be available to work at least 50% of home gamesMust know the game of baseballMust be able to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailAbility to work nights, weekends and holidaysAttention to detailA positive attitudeMust be reliable and exhibit commitment to meeting both the work schedule and job requirementsMust be willing and able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screenPhysical Requirements of the Job:Ability to perform physical tasks: bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb up/down flights of stairs, walk on uneven groundMust be able to lift up to 25lbs. on a regular and continuing basisWork Environment:Majority of time will be spent indoors. Job may require employee to function in a in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue/environment.
