Customer Care Representative

Description Job Description: Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Specialist to support our client in the insurance industry. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering superior customer service by assisting policyholders with their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: + Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information. + Assist customers with policy details, billing inquiries, and claim updates. + Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. + Document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate and detailed records. + Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. + Stay informed on company products, services, and industry changes to provide knowledgeable support. + Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend solutions. Requirements Qualifications: + 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry. + Excellent communication and active listening skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus. + Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
