CALIBRE Systems, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company, is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the Army Working Capital Fund - Supply Management Army. This role involves extracting, analyzing, validating, and summarizing data from various large Army supply and financial databases to build reports and provide insights to senior leaders. Responsibilities: Extract, analyze, and summarize data from Army supply and financial databases to create reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to produce and validate data used for Army programming and budgeting. Prepare analytical reports on stock-funded purchases and creditable material returns. Monitor the National Maintenance Program (NMP) to capture average unit funded repair costs and support the development of annual Price and Credit tables in a cloud-based environment. Support the revamping of deliverables using open-source relational database systems like PostgreSQL. Assist AMC G8/3 in defending price and credit to HQDA, G3, G4, & G8 through the Army Working Capital Fund Operations Oversight Group (A02G). Prepare monthly A02G meetings, including graphs and metrics. Support strategic depot, non-depot repair (DOL/FRA), contract, and Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) repair activities. Collaborate with action officers on daily directorate operations. Required Skills required Experience Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is required; Master's degree (MA) is a plus. Proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and open-source databases such as PostgreSQL. Knowledge of SQL, C++, NoSQL, Cloud computing, AWS, DevOps, Hybrid Clouds, and Microsoft Azure. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Experience in budgeting and forecasting. Desirable Skills and Certifications: Familiarity with Army Working Capital Fund, GCSS-Army, GFEBS, and LMP. Experience with SQL Oracle. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security, CDFM, CGFM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner are a plus.
