The Role : As the General Manager, you will lead our front-of-house team, setting the standard for outstanding hospitality. You'll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. Your experience in Michelin-starred environments will shine as you manage daily operations, guide staff, and collaborate with the kitchen to make sure every service runs like clockwork. What You'll Do : Lead and inspire a talented front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Oversee daily operations, from guest relations to managing the flow of service, ensuring consistency and quality in every guest interaction. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service that aligns with our Michelin-star standards. Take the lead in managing and curating our beverage program, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, to elevate the dining experience. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor financials, inventory, and labor to meet company goals, managing costs without sacrificing quality or experience. Foster a positive, energetic, and professional environment, and be an ambassador for our brand. What We're Looking For : Minimum of 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a Michelin-star or high-end fine dining environment. A strong background in beverage program management (wine, cocktails, and spirits), with a passion for curating innovative offerings. Outgoing, polished, and charismatic personality that sets the tone for both guests and staff. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A strong business acumen with a focus on financials, operational efficiency, and guest experience. A passion for fine dining, hospitality, and elevating the guest experience to new heights.
