Job Summary Reporting to the Sr. Director of Account Management, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and building the client relationship as the day-to-day contact for multiple accounts. This role collaborates with the Operations and Account Training teams to ensure 100% execution of all client projects. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Build, expand and maintain client business by building critical relationships and developing strategic proposals. Lead and oversee the client relationship from contract creation to budgeting and budget management to execution. Ensure all components of the contract are delivered on time and in accordance with Winston standards. Build client business with Winston by presenting and proving our results. Continuously communicate success stores to clients. Visit clients and markets consistently to review field performance, understand competition, and provide insights on training or talent. Leverage weekly/monthly reporting to convey the impact of Winston services on the client's business. Build a Field Team that represents the Winston Brand. Collaborate with Operations (Regionals/Recruiting) to ensure projects are staffed with talent that reflects our brand image, completed on time and on budget by dedicated coordinators. Provide timely coaching and feedback to the Operations team focusing on improving execution, building cross- functional collaboration and identifying and engaging top talent. Create a "Field First" mentality by engaging teams, celebrating success, and coaching opportunities leading to minimal field turnover. Exceed Client expectations and seize opportunities which result in growing business and profitability Meet all deadlines as per the individual contracts. Ensure that all cross-functional teams are clear on expectations, requirements, and deliverables. Collaborate with the Account Training team to ensure training is clear, detailed and accessible. Communicate cross-functionally as needed to resolve execution issues and reporting challenges.
