Position: Production Coordinator Pay Range: $23.00 to $ $27.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications) Position Purpose: The Production Coordinator will focus on the development and production of marketing collateral ranging from printed brochures and flyers to digital assets and video production. This is a temporary, seasonal position, not to exceed 122 days. Position will start mid-April. Schedule: This is a part-time position involving approximately 2-3 days per week from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (increasing during heavier event schedules). TO APPLY PLEASE VISIT: /jobs Essential Functions: * Responsible for the end-to end production of marketing collateral, ensuring the timely, efficient, and high-quality creation of print, video and digital materials. * Responsible for developing copy, and proof reading. * Responsible for maintaining established project timelines and coordinates with internal departments for approval and trafficking final delivery. * Provides support in the creation of visual layouts making revisions based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure final products meet expectations. * Conducts thorough checks for design consistency, quality and accuracy of collateral pieces. * Responsible for keeping detailed records of project status, materials, and timelines. * Develops and maintains highly effective communication with internal departments. * Understands that the days and hours worked varies with assignments. * At Fair time, duties will vary depending upon the need of the organization. * Schedule outreach and administer programs and seasonal projects. Qualifications: * 2-4 years' experience in production or project management within a marketing, or design team. * Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field or 2-4 years of relevant experience. * Ad agency experience desirable. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong planning and organization skills. * Ability to multi-task and follow up effectively. * Attention to detail with a focus on quality and brand consistency. * Exhibits flexibility and demonstrates ability to meet frequent/unforeseen deadlines. * Maintains professionalism under pressure. * Proven ability to communicate effectively, and present to decision makers. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) with experience in database management. * Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.
