To coordinate and delegate work assignments and staff to ensure hospital blood product demand is met and blood components are prepared. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred * Must be 21 years of age or older * Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license * Must be able to provide MVR with zero points and no moving or traffic violations in the past 3 years * Good communication skills and professional demeanor * Strong leadership ability * Advanced and applicable knowledge of component manufacturing and storage & distribution functions Primary Responsibilities: * Irradiate and Label blood and blood components * Assist with daily inventory rotations * Prepare and distribute blood and blood components for shipment as appropriate * Deliver products to customers as needed * Perform visual inspections of all shipments and returned products * Perform some component manufacturing duties when needed Click the link below to learn fun facts about working for Our Blood Institute!
