Customer Service, Inside Sales - Full Time

Goodrich Lumber, a member of the Kodiak Building Partners Co. is a retail lumber and building materials company located in Kingston, MA. We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Customer Service, Inside Sales.We are looking for an individual with the aptitude, knowledge, and desire to grow with us. Responsibilities include:- Customer service - first point of contact for our customers; in-person, phone or electronic communication- Accuracy, ability to communicate with others and strong organizational skills needed- Proficient in math and intermediate knowledge of computer skills- Able to multi task and problem solve- Willingness and ability to learn about many building products and their applicationsWe are open:Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 4:00 pmSaturday 7:00 am - Noon (Saturdays required)We are willing to teach you about the lumber and building material industry.Benefits:Pay commensurate with experience, starting at $20/hr.
