Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Area Customer Service Coordinator to join our team working at multiple sites in the Denver, CO area. Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator Work Location: Denver, CO (multiple sites) Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent Job Description & Responsibilities : Responsibilities vary, one day can be mail and shipping & receiving, on another day can be finishing work in a reproduction center, hospitality, reception, conference room setups. Someone that likes to learn new things, that is energetic, organized, takes notes, with a good customer service & communication skill would be successful in this role. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs anything heavier assistance will be made available. Walking and standing for a long period of time may require. There is driving BUT it is to a from a location using their own vehicles. Sometimes, they may have to cover multiple locations on the same day. Contingent worker will not drive company or customer vehicles. The parking will not always be free. There is validation, and there is a small chance they have to pay for parking based on the location. Skills & Qualifications : Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience. Post High School education encouraged and preferred Could be required to move locations in one day should the business require it. Also, ability to cover accounts between 40-50 miles Requires valid, violation-free driver's license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy. Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications including file folder management and navigating to network production folders. Must maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner following proper coding requirements. Possesses ability to work in a team environment by maintaining positive, productive relationships with co-workers Possesses ability to adapt to changing situations, flexibility, high motivation, and sense of urgency. Dress Code: Smart Casual attire must be professional, clean, and wrinkle-free. Khaki/ dress/ professional pants. Professional shirt or blouse. Dress shoes, loafers, boots clean and in good condition.
