We are looking for a responsible Assistant Store Manager to help run our Disney Springs location. The Assistant Store Manager will help the Store Manager model best practices for the team by sharing the LWP brand story, providing personalized recommendations and guiding each customer through their shopping experience in-store. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for LWP's mission. Additionally, this Assistant Store Manager will either have a special focus on leading the store's visual merchandising and inventory processes OR leading the store's marketing - dependent on candidate experience. Core ResponsibilitiesWork with the Store Manager to motivate the team to perform at their bestOpen and close the store independentlyCoach and support new and existing Sales AssociatesIntroduce new products to customers and recommend items based on their needsEffectively handle in-store customer issues and answer questions related to merchandise and store policiesProcess transactions accurately on the POS system Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stockedAssist in maintaining backstock and setting up merchandise on the sales floorOperational tasks such as inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, beading table management and KPIsAssist customers at the bead-your-own bracelet table and fulfill in-store custom ordersOther duties, as requested by the Store Manager or Regional ManagerVisual Merchandising & Inventory Responsibilities/QualificationsMeet with the HQ team weekly to review visual merchandising and inventory levelsReceive all incoming merchandise through our ERP platform (Netsuite) and flag any discrepancies Lead weekly and quarterly cycle counts and report all findings to the operations team Manage inventory levels to ensure displays and available stock are up to standardLead product knowledge for each launch Proven experience in inventory management and ERP System(s) (Netsuite is a plus)Experience in visual merchandising and a keen eye for aesthetics Marketing Responsibilities/QualificationsPlan and execute in-store events/activations and activations to enhance customer experienceImplement clienteling techniques to build strong relationships with customersGenerate creative and engaging social media content that aligns with the brand identityDevelop and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors/local influencers, leveraging their influence to enhance brand awarenessExperience in retail marketing, including clienteling and eventsFamiliarity with social media and trends Experience with CRM systems (Endear is a plus)Core Key QualificationsRetail Experience 2+ years' of retail experienceInterpersonal and communication skillsDesire to be creative in terms of the beading table and capturing contentProblem-solving attitudeMust be able to work weekends and holidaysPassion for learning, sharing LWP's core values, including positivity and kindnessThis role will have many opportunities for development, training and rapid growth.
