Our clinicians/supervisors receive free licensed supervision, wellness initiatives, opportunities to advance their careers and earn CEUs, and generous vacation time.Description of PositionWe are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support youth in their recovery goals. You will provide supervision to MA and BA level staff, maintain a small caseload and support our team in providing evidence-based clinical interventions, parenting education and symptom management strategies. As a member of the PACT-Y team, you will use a person-centered approach to enhance family functioning, promote stabilization, and encourage growth and resilience as youth make the transition into adulthood.Responsibilities Include:Provide clinical leadership and support to the team in collaboration with the Program DirectorMaintain communication with the Program Director about team functioning and training needsMonitor compliance with documentation guidelines and program specificationsProvide supervision/training on family engagement and treatment modalities for staff providing individual and family therapy Provide safety planning and crisis interventionComplete required documentation in the electronic health recordCoordinate care with the family, team, providers and DMHProvide on-call and weekend support on a rotating basisQualifications And Education RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy or a related fieldLicense required (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)5 years of experience working with children, youth and families with mental health challengesExperience providing supervisionA valid driver’s license and reliable transportationGood organizational skills, in addition to effective verbal, written and computer skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience providing trauma-informed interventionsUnderstanding of family systems and family therapyFamiliarity with electronic health recordsApply Now - Send Resume & Cover LetterDate posted: 1/13/2025
