Job SummaryThe Customer Service Coordinator I is responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to customers through phone and email, addressing inquiries, quotations, orders, complaints, and information requests. This role requires attention to detail in order entry and updates, coordination with various departments, and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment while meeting service level agreements.Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including quotations, orders, complaints, and information requests via phone and email. • Ensure accurate order entry and updates throughout the shipping process, including modifications as needed. • Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, and Data Management Organization to handle customer requests effectively. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. • Flexibly adapt to varying customer needs, markets, and segments. • Uphold professionalism while working in a fast-paced team environment with specific service level agreements. Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business preferred. • 0-3 years of data entry experience; SAP experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in customer service roles in fast-paced environments. • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic team setting.
