EVS OR Supervisor

Job Description: EVS Operating Room Supervisor Full-Time, Second Shift Job Description: * The Environmental Services (EVS) Operating Room Supervisor responsible for the successfully operation of the EVS Surgery Cleaning Team. * The EVS Supervisor stays current with EVS best practices and promotes an engaged workforce. * Coordinates daily assignments for shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned according to established guidelines. * Monitors, and inspects work to ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times. * Works closely with EVS Leadership Team to improve quality and/or address concerns in a timely fashion. * Outlook, Excel skills, working independently without direct supervision. * Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, good judgment, ability to prioritize workload, knowledge of internal and external customers, broad knowledge of Department and company policy and procedures.
