Urgency: We operate with a sense of urgency.Innovation: We embrace growth and change.Create Return on Efforts: We create positive results on all our effortsResponsibilities and Duties:ProductionLead production crew of up to 8 individualsAccurately set up, verify, and pour structural and architectural precast concrete productsAssist Production Supervisor in identification of variance or disruption to daily planSupport rigorous training and cross-training of employees Provide consistent guidance, including start-of-day meetings, to set crew expectations and relay pertinent informationCommunicate with crew and Right-Hand man effectively and respectfullyProduce & promote quality at the source following strict architectural precast quality standardsMaintain tools and machinery in your area and notify maintenance when necessaryMaintain formwork and work area in clean and safe condition at all timesAreas of Accountability:Provide strong leadership to production teamAssist in the transformation of the shop floor culture to one of Continuous Improvement and accountabilityBe instrumental in development and maintenance of architectural precast quality standards and production techniquesDemonstrate reliability through exceptional attendancePromote the company Safety Program and ensure that plant personnel adhere to the existing Safety ProceduresSupervise crew in a manner that focuses on increasing productivity and lowering material cost while maintaining expected levels of qualityDemonstrate ambition to develop personal skills for further advancementSafetyIdentify, understand, and report safety hazards and unsafe actions immediatelyProactively participate in safety program and trainingUnderstand & abide by company policies relative to written Safety ProgramQualityFocused on developing and implementing strict quality standards required of architectural precast concreteStrive for zero quality non-conformancesIf quality error occurs, assist in determining the root cause and ensure that root cause is eliminated to prevent recurrenceManagement Responsibilities:Collaborate with Management, Production, Quality Control, and other support departments Leads a crew of 8-9 Monitors crewmembers' performance and attendance and report to supervisor
