In this essential role, you'll manage driver check-ins/outs, oversee shipping and receiving operations, and help ensure the smooth flow of shipments. Responsibilities: * Manage gate operations and assist with driver check-ins/outs * Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy * Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively * Handle a large volume of multitasking tasks and high expectations for shipping, receiving, and administrative duties * Perform billing and documentation tasks as needed * Use Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication and reporting * Leverage 3PL and/or distribution experience to enhance workflow Requirements: * Shipping and receiving experience required * Proficiency with WMS * Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word * 3PL and/or distribution experience preferred * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus * Ability to multitask and thrive under high expectations in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ready to take on a role that challenges you and offers growth opportunities?
