Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Sales Support: Collaborate with outside sales teams to support business goals and initiatives. Proposals and Quotes: Prepare and deliver display proposals, job quotes, and other pricing documents to customers. Order Management: Provide updates on order statuses and inventory availability to customers. Pricing and Inventory Inquiries: Address and resolve customer questions related to pricing and product availability. Technical Support: Assist customers with technical questions or concerns related to products or services. CRM Management: Utilize CRM to update records, add leads, and generate reports or queries as needed. Special Projects: Participate in special projects to support business initiatives. Team Support: Provide backup support for the customer service team to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role. Education: Associate degree is preferred but not required. Skills: Exceptional multitasking ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage workloads efficiently. Meticulous attention to detail and a professional, reliable work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and vendors. Capability to work independently with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams) is essential.
