Job Details We are seeking a baker skilled in the art of baking enriched dough products such as cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, kolache and brioche. Previous experience should include: Efficiently mixing, portioning and shaping enriched dough products Ensuring consistency of products Following baking instructions and confident using hot ovens Making certain all products meet quality standards as set forth by the company Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and adherence to safety protocols Accurate baking and finishing of numerous products Commitment to maintaining high standards and compliance with PA Dept. of Health regulations Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization of assigned work station Following recipes accurately, scaling and prepping fillings as required
