Customer Service Specialist

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Detail Oriented Customer Service Specialist in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This role involves a significant amount of interaction with customers, requiring a detail oriented and proactive approach in resolving their inquiries. The industry focus of this role is on customer service, with a particular emphasis on managing and updating customer credit records. Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls - Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system - Update and maintain customer credit records consistently - Process customer applications in an efficient and accurate manner - Handle email correspondence with customers in a detail-oriented manner - Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage customer data and schedule appointments - Rectify any errors in the CRM system promptly - Work closely with the data analyst to ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized - Assist the sales team in lead generation and sales processes by managing client databases - Provide support to producers during the sales process. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls - Strong skills in customer service and ability to deliver high quality customer experience - Experience in data entry with high level of accuracy - Strong email correspondence skills and ability to professionally communicate with customers via email - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word - Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and patience - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
