Customer Experience Specialist

Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team within the Service industry. This role is based in Londonderry, New Hampshire, United States and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage incoming calls within the service department, demonstrating a detail oriented approach - Record customer requests and ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate team member - Regularly follow up to confirm that customer concerns have been addressed and resolved sufficiently - Uphold a high standard of detail orientation in all interactions with customers - Coordinate with team members to ensure quick response times for service - Execute billing functions and assist customers in account management - Dispatch calls to the correct individuals within the team - Handle answering inbound calls and assist customers with their needs.
