Job Description: The Consumer Service Operations Representative 1 explains, educates, reinforces, and coaches members on their tailored self-help plans. Identifies problems, sets goals, and determines the individual's health status based on assessment. Establishes goals for each individual regarding educational and health care needs. Communicates with primary care and/or treating physician to request specific health information and/or to provide an update of an individual's health care status. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
