Shermco US is hiring a Senior Motor Field Service Technician Senior Motor Field Service Technician The Senior Motor Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers in the field. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in the repair and maintenance of electric motors and related equipment. Responsibilities * Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers in the field * Perform repairs and maintenance on electric motors and related equipment * Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of equipment * Provide training and guidance to junior technicians * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used * Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of electric motors and related equipment * Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed #LI-EW1 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER | DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE Shermco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
