In this role, you will contribute to our Customer Focus Team in our Industrials Business Unit in the aerospace and defense market. You will report to the Senior Director of Customer Focus for the Industrial Business Unit and engage directly with functional leaders across Watlow in providing innovative solutions and product leadership for our aerospace and defense customers. This role should have working knowledge and experience with government, military and defense regulations to lead accounts in this market. This position is based out of our global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Your Key Responsibilities * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the business in Watlow products, customer and government regulations, and the needs of the aerospace and defense market, providing guidance and support on complex issues * Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with account requirements and business operations * Analyze trends and utilize expertise to drive solutions, process improvements, and strategic decisions * Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and promoting consensus * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and driving customer satisfaction * Oversee financial aspects of assigned accounts, including pricing compliance, and demand forecast * Manage customer business reviews, technical support, and escalations to ensure continuous improvement and customer success * Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Product Managers) to align strategies and maximize account growth and profitability * Support the development and execution of Strategic Account Plans, ensuring revenue growth and business alignment * Monitor account performance, respond to issues proactively, and communicate customer requirements clearly Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience (8+ years) * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management * Ability to travel between 10-25% Desired Qualifications * Project Management experience * In-depth knowledge of aerospace and defense industry regulations and compliance standards * Experience working with government, military and defense customers, including navigating the complexities of customer contracts and flow down of those requirements * Working knowledge of thermal systems * Technical aptitude and verbal skills that allows for understanding and communication of technical industry and products information
