Job Summary: The Field Service Specialist will assist the Field Manager and the sales team by providing administrative and operational support. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Field Manager to successful outcome of all events in your region through collaboration, coordination, communication and shared ownership * Respond to customer on site inquiries providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. * Execute and oversee all details of the events in your region including event details, planning, execution and rebooking * Flexibility in taking on additional tasks as needed * Support excellency in event execution including overall image quality and quantity, on-site product sales and distribution, plus full handling of proper documentation to Internal operations and customers * Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer databases. * Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing sales events, and managing travel arrangements for the sales team. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. * Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to travel within the U.S. including overnight/extended trips * Valid driver's license Work Environment: * Office-based with occasional travel for sales events or client meetings. * Collaborative and dynamic team environment.
