We are hiring a Second Shift Production Supervisor in Augusta, GA. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee all shop floor operations and ensure compliance with the Employee Handbook. Your key responsibilities will include optimizing production efficiency, controlling costs, managing personnel, facilitating effective communication, promoting a safe work environment, and delivering high-quality products. Strong experience in structural steel fabrication and machinery is essential.
