The OpportunityA boutique law firm located in Newark, New Jersey seeks a Bankruptcy Paralegal on a part-time, temporary basis: 20 hours weekly, onsite. The hourly rate is between $25 - $30, plus benefits.Primary Duties:The Bankruptcy Paralegal will assist with the preparation of bankruptcy petitions, draft legal correspondence and pro forma motions.
