Guest Relations Agent

Roscioli NYC is seeking a hospitality-driven reservationist to work across four restaurants in a centralized reservations office located in SoHo. We are looking for someone who is customer service driven, passionate about restaurants, and wants growth opportunities within restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will: Have active critical thinking skills Be solutions oriented and an effective problem solver Have great communication skills Manage our general email inboxes for all reservations requests and all restaurant inquiries Send daily confirmation text messages and relay information to front door team Effectively communicate all of the restaurant concepts to be able to cross-sell experiences Manage additional class and event pages through Resy Be able to type ~65 words per minute for our email-based reservation system Be a strong writer with a sound grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation Be hospitality-driven, always willing to go the extra step for guests Have a courteous and friendly demeanor Have the ability to take direction and work in a team environment and to work calmly and effectively under pressure Understand time management and be able to juggle email and text message communication with guests in addition to standard reporting, organizing, and occasional projects Have a comprehensive understanding of a reservation book and be able to maximize the book Work in tandem with the events team to manage event bookings in Resy This is a full time in person position Qualifications: Minimum one year experience Experience with ResyOS Two professional references
