As a company we are committed to building a better life for them and for our neighbors in the community.Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services, and to be the supplier of choice in the construction industry.Position Title: Customer Service RepresentativePlant Location: Bath, PAAbout the Role: Keystone Cement Company is seeking a customer service representative who will be responsible for the day-to-day contact with customers, processing customer orders timely for Keystone Cement, communicating with carriers, dispatching trucks, along with other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or the Vice President of Sales and serving as a backup for all other sales administrative positions. Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and processing them in an efficient and timely manner. Resolve customers' issues and communicate with other departments as necessary.Coordinate shipments with transportation vendors. Communicate with the shipping department on product availability, customer/salesman request, etc. Ensure effective inventory control by coordinating with both production at the Plant and the terminals.Complete all administrative requests timely. Provide back-up as needed to the sales and marketing assistant, logistics, and scale desk clerk.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, participating in safety training, and cooperating with inspectors. Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of one year of customer service experience. Experience with cement sales and dispatching of trucks preferred.Computer systems with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SAP. TRS Net system experience, a plus.Able to use multi-line phone system promptly answering calls in a professional manner.Able to perform all essential job accountabilities.Able to sit for long periods of time.Able to wear MSHA required safety equipment, when in the Plant.
