Title: Production Supervisor (2nd Shift 3pm-11pm) - Food and Beverage Manufacturing Location: Conyers, GA Salary: $75,000-$85,000/Year + Bonus & Benefits Requirements: 3+ Years of Production Supervisor experience within the Food and Beverage vertical. Candidate must have knowledge of Food Safety and high-speed manufacturing. Experience leading a team is beneficial and a plus for this role. What You Will Be DoingSupervises the daily activities of assigned staff, providing instructions and performance feedback to ensure that productivity and quality objectives are met or exceeded. (55%)Identifies and resolves process and equipment problems, using available resources to maintain productivity and quality. (25%)Implements approaches to improve quality and productivity by developing new ideas, improving processes, and planning for upcoming equipment or process changes. (10%)Routinely informs and communicates with employees to promote smooth operations, enhance their understanding of GSF policies and objectives, and to ensure compliance with established production policies and procedures.
