Position SummaryAs the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, overseeing a dynamic team, and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth. You will be the visionary leader responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive marketing approach that aligns with our company’s objectives. Your leadership will guide the marketing team through innovative campaigns and creative strategies that push the envelope and lead the industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer loyalty.Increase brand awareness: Storytelling, social media, influencers; paid advertising management. Create and manage comprehensive digital programs that help transform the digital customer experience and align digital marketing efforts with brand, engagement, and demand generation objectives. Lead strategic menu development by planning strategies, and ensuring key stakeholder alignment on menu management initiatives such as tests, deletions, and national product launches Partner with the Culinary and Analytics teams to create and optimize the innovation pipeline, assessing product performance and making data-driven recommendations.Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, traditional, social media, content marketing, events, and public relations, ensuring a cohesive and effective marketing mix.Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and growth.Drive product positioning, market segmentation, and competitive analysis to position the brand for maximum market penetration.Improve SSS through increased traffic: OP’s Standard, menu development and menu board management.Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and a unified approach.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and measure success.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives and measurable results.Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continually evolving marketing tactics and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to enhance brand reputation and drive growth. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Relevant experience in CPG marketing or the restaurant industry, particularly in fast-casual or QSR, or experience working closely with restaurant advertising agenciesProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, develop and manage a team of marketing professionals.Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, content creation, and social media strategies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership.Deep understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and data-driven marketing analytics.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute initiatives efficiently under tight deadlines. Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and creative problem-solving skills.
