This Marketing Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing our use of HubSpot while developing content that supports our marketing and customer success initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing our HubSpot account, creating engaging email and digital content, and analyzing campaign performance.Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset who have a track record of success, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are genuinely motivated to play a vital role in the growth of an early-stage company.Responsibilities:HubSpot Management:Configure and manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to align with business objectivesDevelop and maintain HubSpot workflows, sequences, landing pages, and email templatesEnsure data integrity and accuracy within the HubSpot databaseIntegrate HubSpot with other tools and systemsContent Development: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and marketing collateralManage social media presence and engagement across relevant platformsReview and edit content created by customer success, training, and sales teams to uphold brand standardsData Analysis and Reporting:Develop and analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of marketing initiatives, including automations and campaignsCreate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the marketing, customers success, sales, operations, and leadership teamsImplement and manage data segmentation strategies to enable targeted and personalized marketing effortsProcess Optimization:Understand the goals of the business and streamline HubSpot processes to improve efficiency and productivity accordinglyConduct A/B testing to refine email strategy and improve engagement metricsCollaborate with business development and customer experience teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and ensure seamless data flowTeam Support:Act as a subject matter expert on digital marketing and HubSpotProvide support, training, and guidance to the TradeTrax team on data management, reporting, and process optimizationDocument and manage internal best practices for the company’s HubSpot usageTroubleshoot and address technical HubSpot issues promptly, including customization requestsQualifications:3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a combination of marketing operations, content marketing and digital marketing experienceProven expertise in HubSpot and developing and managing campaignsExperience creating and managing content for omni channel campaignsExperience with WordPress and managing digital channelsStrong critical thinking skills, ability to interpret data, and attention to detailExcellent project management and organizational skills while balancing multiple priorities concurrentlyCapacity to break down complex information in a clear, concise mannerAbility to work independently and collaboratively with teamOwnership mentality and hungry to make an impact at a growing companyIf you are a passionate and detail-oriented marketing operations professional looking to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
