Our client, a leading fitness apparel brand, is seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Media Strategy to join their team on a 6-month contract. While candidates based in San Francisco are preferred, we are also open to remote applicants located within the PST time zone. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in paid media marketing, particularly within retail or agency environments.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Define and prioritize product, service, and development initiatives that deliver optimal short- and long-term returns on resources and assets.Align marketing priorities with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments.Paid Media & Financial Oversight:Manage and track a significant marketing budget with multiple line items, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing of resources.Collaborate with finance teams to align spending with business objectives.Campaign Development & Execution:Lead creative briefing processes for paid social and other performance media platforms, ensuring clear communication of asset needs.Oversee the development of marketing materials to support product and service sales across internal teams, distributors, and sister companies.Research & Innovation:Conduct competitive and customer research to identify new opportunities for products and services that align with core competencies.Ensure the company delivers value-driven offerings supported by market research insights.Collaboration & Efficiency:Work with cross-functional teams, including paid media, brand marketing, and site merchants, to streamline communication and processes.Identify and implement tools (e.g., Airtable, Excel) and systems to enhance the efficiency of marketing operations while meeting stakeholder needs.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in paid media marketing, preferably in retail or agency settings.Expertise in digital performance media and conversion-driven tactics, with a strong focus on paid social platforms.Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Airtable is a plus.Proven ability to manage large budgets and complex financial workflows.Strong communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.Resourcefulness and a proactive mindset in problem-solving and decision-making.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
