Builder Account Manager

Sub-Zero Group Midwest, an Affiliate Distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a Builder Account Manager to cover an IL based territory. Major responsibilities will include: * Calling on and generating sales to high-end builders and developers * Locating new builder projects, making contact with the purchasing team, preparing detailed spreadsheets, and preparing project-specific binders and power point presentations * Completing job walks/pre-site inspections - making sure our product specs are correct prior to delivery and installation * Keeping up with/cultivating relationships with the current builder network * Prospecting for new builders in the assigned territory * Working with the Trade team to identify residential architects and designers working on IL projects
