Summary: The Senior Contracts Manager works as part of the contracts and legal team to provide support for Trintech's contracting processes both within the sales teams and procurement across Trintech. This position works with internal business teams on objectives relating to contract activity and is an initial point of contact for communicating contract information to the sales team and other business units. What You'll Do * Work with the global Trintech team in managing all facets of contract management, drafting, contract review, storage, and administration duties, ensuring that contracts are administered and closed in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. * Provide information to appropriate internal business stakeholders regarding contract status. * Track contract activity, authorizations, and correspondence. * Ensure contract execution in accordance with applicable deadlines, and company policies. * Research contract history and customer terms on request from internal stakeholders. * Assist in updating and revising procurement policies and practices. Other Duties: * Assists in audits, reviews, reporting, and other special projects as required. * Perform other legal and contract support functions as requested. * Participate in relevant external trainings as requested or required for business purposes of Trintech. Required Skills * 4+ years of technology contracts negotiation (procurement or sales) or related experience; experience in global technology or software industry is preferred. * Knowledge of general transaction documents required including NDAs, BAAs, DPAs and SaaS master agreements. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of contract terms, industry standards, and contract processes. * Strong organizational, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, basic Excel, and Adobe including editing functions; proficiency with Salesforce application and library functions a plus. * Strong time management skills to include the ability to work toward tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities in managing a wide variety of projects, demonstrate initiative, accountability and see assignments through to completion. * Good interpersonal skills (active listening, social awareness, and self-management). * Ability to collaborate with legal team and partner to meet sales objectives.
