If you’re someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a busy legal team, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be working closely with our paralegals to keep things running smoothly, ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.Key Responsibilities:Assist with Incoming Mail: Help manage and sort incoming mail, ensuring important documents reach the right person in a timely manner.File Organization: Maintain an organized filing system by returning files to their correct places in the cabinets after use.Client Intake Follow-Up: Reach out to clients to collect any missing information they might not have completed on their intake questionnaires.Assist with Office Organization: Help paralegals stay organized by maintaining their office space and ensuring everything is in order.Audit Files & Document Requests: Assist paralegals in auditing client files for missing documents, and then follow up with clients to gather the necessary paperwork.Qualifications:Strong Organizational Skills: You’re someone who thrives in an organized environment and loves keeping things running smoothly.Bilingual in English and Spanish: Fluency in both languages is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base.Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous and take pride in getting things right the first time.Experience with Administrative Tasks: Previous experience in an office or administrative role is helpful, particularly in a legal setting.Willingness to Learn: While knowledge of immigration law is a plus, it’s not required—we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.Education: An Associate degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
