Bankruptcy Paralegal

Located in Wilmington, Delaware, we are one of the states largest law firms and we are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal. This full-time, hourly position (37.5 hours/week) involves supporting attorneys in large Chapter 11 cases in Delaware and other jurisdictions. Ability to work hybrid - Tu/W/Th in Office, M/F remote Key Responsibilities:Draft and file legal documents via CM/ECF in various courts.Monitor and manage case calendars, deadlines, and schedules.Prepare hearing and trial materials, including agendas and binders.Assist with case filings, petitions, resolutions, and first-day pleadings.Coordinate with attorneys, co-counsel, and clients on case preparation.Perform legal research and database searches.Prepare fee applications and related materials.Requirements:College degree and 3+ years of bankruptcy paralegal experience.Proficiency in CM/ECF e-filing and familiarity with local court rules.Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.Flexibility to work overtime as needed.If this role sounds like a good fit, please email your resume to roxy.kupfert@ OR apply directly through the link.
