If you are qualified and would like to learn more, please - APPLY NOW!Responsibilities: Input Union and Corporate employees into payroll software and EVerify program.Verify and input weekly payroll for Union and Corporate employees.Maintain all Union documentation including agreements, rate and fringe increases, and remittance reports.Aid in setting up new unions, ensuring timely and accurate updates of labor rates and benefits.Handle unemployment and disability claims processing.Conduct employment verifications, child support, and garnishment requests.Track PTO for all companies.Prepare weekly Union Dues/Fringe Benefit payments and reports.Manage ACA monthly updates, annual reporting, and compliance.Compile and submit weekly and monthly certified payroll reports.Support PR Manager in implementing new payroll system and mobile time application.Manage file maintenance.
