We are committed to building a more diverse Team across all channels, departments, and stores within our community.Won't you join us and share your EDSFTG moment?Key Responsibilities:Retouching on-figure and lay downs for ECommRetouching lifestyle images for our catalogs and campaignsWork under tight deadlines on retouching, cropping, and naming conventionsPartner with ECommerce Art Director to optimize retouching efficienciesFollow brand image guidelines for customer facing website imagesCoordinate with art directors, photographers, studio operations, sample managers, and digital technicians to execute image workflow through to website productionSwatch matching for accurate color representation of productsTake on ad-hoc projects as neededWhat You Bring: Strong understanding of the vineyard vines brand and lifestyleBachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, photographic or related fieldsProficiency with Photoshop, Capture One & Adobe Creative software2+ years prior experience as a Retoucher in a commercial photography environmentExperience using a Wacom TabletDrawing skills are a plusIntermediate skills in Google Docs, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook a plusUnderstanding of color management and best practices in RGB and CMYK workspacesKnowledge of the commercial printing process and work environmentStrong experience with Mac PlatformsProficient working knowledge of still imaging software for MacFamiliarity with Mac OSX networking protocolsAccustomed to the intensity of the studio environment and working under the pressure of constant deadlinesAbility to change direction and projects at moments notice without losing focusSelf-driven and able thrive and easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate within a team environmentStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to plan, manage time, multitask, and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentCompetition and industry awarenessCreative, adaptable, entrepreneurial and driven by integrityAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to effectively receive and communicate feedbackA positive and enthusiastic attitude
