An award-winning creative agency located in northern New Jersey is seeking a Marketing Director to join and lead our growing marketing division. We specialize in marketing, branding and identity projects including print media, digital design, and web development. Our clients range from institutional non-profits and regional businesses to global corporations.We’re looking for a highly organized marketing director to lead the growth and development of our growing marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on marketing experience – you can dream up a strategic campaign, develop all of creative assets needed with a team, execute the campaign, then report on the success. They will have the ability to lead a team of marketers, writers, and designers plus interact with clients on a regular basis. If you have an understanding of what leads people to act and want to deliver solutions that make a difference, we would love to meet you.This is a fully remote position with the occasional team get-together in the tri-state area and client meeting.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the development of our clients’ marketing plans working closely with clients, management, and creative teams to create and implement effective and efficient marketing strategies focused on growing audiences for our clientsReview current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and make strategic recommendations for our clientsWork with both our clients and our internal team to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and opportunitiesCollaborate with other team members to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the companyDevelop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standardsProvide weekly status’ to marketing clients and monthly campaign reporting Desired Skills and Qualifications5+ years experience being on and leading a marketing team, having worked in an agency environment with many simultaneous clients and projects is a huge plusAttention to detail and highly organizedAdvanced knowledge and or certifications in Google Ads and META advertising platformsAbility to multitask and possess high-paced time management skillsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsPrevious work experience in B2B marketing and advertising.Proven budget management abilitiesProfessional work ethicAbility to lead groups and be decisive but work independently to complete tasksCollaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategiesAbility to recognize trends and stay ahead of themKnowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEOBachelor’s degree in marketing a plusMust have the authorization to work in the USCompensation: Commensurate with experience
