JOB SUMMARY: Establish and curate partnerships with North American commercial trucking fleets. Analyze the customer's market, business targets & strategy, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers and effectively transfers this knowledge to MirrorEye adoption. Focus on and pursue strategic business opportunities with key accounts by developing champions within each account and make the champion successful with MirrorEye. Use the time with key industry influencers to create a catalogue of Voice of Customer (VOC) driven requirements for new products, features and services. Be persistent with Stoneridge's product management and engineering teams to ensure new opportunities are driven and prioritized by VOC attributes. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn and understand your accounts ROI benefits from MirrorEye and other fleet products and services. ROI includes; value of recording for exoneration, reduction in accidents and incidents, as well as driver retention. Drive MirrorEye growth sales and identify additional opportunities for cross product adoption. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders; maintenance, safety, finance, and driver hiring/retention. Develop strategic partnerships. Account status and growth: Conduct weekly account status check-ins with operations to understand the health of key accounts and create account score cards Monitor health of owned accounts and coordinate necessary resolutions with cross functional Stoneridge support teams. Capture technical feedback from prospective markets/customers and work with product management and engineering to engage further and fully qualify VOC opportunities for new products, features, and services. Attend tradeshows and industry events to capture new account opportunities. Lead the development of additional sales channels to support growth objectives e.g., recreational vehicles, military vehicles, etc. Interpret and synthesize pipeline information, including communication of key trends, opportunities and action plans specific to the MirrorEye Develop, manage, and deliver training curriculum to MirrorEye end-users ensuring usability is not a barrier to MirrorEye Assume ownership of your Account's issues and follow through until issues are resolved. Maintain appropriate levels of communication with the customer to ensure that the customer is well-informed before, during and after service engagements. Regularly conduct internal reviews to ensure that services provided meets or exceeds both customer and Stoneridge timing, quality, and service expectations for your accounts. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related experience, required. Minimum of 5-7 years Key Account Management/Senior Sales or related experience with a track record of successful performance. Executive-Level communication & presentation skills. Extensive experience in team building, coordination, collaboration, and detailed strategy planning and execution, required Willingness to travel up to 30% Stoneridge is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
