Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team. Stationed in San Jose, California, this role centers around customer service within a call center environment. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to handle customer interactions, maintain precise records, and manage customer accounts. Responsibilities: - Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications - Maintain precise records of customer credit - Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions - Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions - Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, amendments, extensions, and terminations - Track and monitor contracts and related documents to ensure timely renewals - Collaborate with legal and finance departments for contract inquiries and clarifications - Answer inbound calls and manage email correspondence with customers - Use Microsoft Excel and Word to input data and manage customer information - Schedule appointments and manage order entry. Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating a responsive and proactive approach - Proven experience in call center customer service, showcasing excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a detail oriented manner - Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date - Excellent email correspondence skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise, and detail oriented emails - Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating versatility and adaptability - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate data, use formulas, and create reports - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the ability to draft and format documents effectively - Experience with order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner - Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and customer satisfaction.
