Sr Specialist Field Engineering

"Job Description: The Field Service Specialist is a remote position that reports to the Service Manager and provides onsite and remote technical/engineering assistance, time sensitive emergent repairs, corrective maintenance, material on the RENK Industrial and Marine Gears, located throught the US and North America. Essential Functions: Perform equipment fault diagnosis, assessment and repair. Perform scheduled maintenance services. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulically and controlling tasks, including repair, maintenance, commissioning, assembly work, installation checks, (inner and outer) alignment checks, setting tooth contact, electrical signal checks, troubleshoot and repair. Document Service order execution in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. Create Service reports and modify/correct as needed. Maintain tool inventory and equipment calibration. Attend customer technical review meetings as requested. Attend vendor sites for technical/commercial clarification as requested. " />
