VP of Infrastructure & Architecture Position Overview The VP of Infrastructure & Architecture will lead the strategic direction and implementation of the organization's infrastructure and architectural initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technology infrastructure aligns with business goals, drives innovation, and enhances operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare space.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the infrastructure and architecture strategy in line with the organization's goals. Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions. Manage the budget for infrastructure projects and initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated systems that support business operations. Lead enterprise architecture efforts using frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman to establish best practices and governance. Evaluate and implement cloud and virtualization technologies to enhance service delivery and operational agility. Provide leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure and architecture teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a senior infrastructure management role. Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud computing, and virtualization. Experience in developing and managing budgets for large-scale technology projects. Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman. Excellent management and leadership skills with a focus on team development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
