Overview ABOUT THE TEAM The VP role will report into the Senior Vice President position and will be a part of the Operations Team. This team works collectively to ensure budget and revenue delivery, with clear communication across various investment teams and partner agencies (i.e. clients), with a focus on automation and system connections. ABOUT THE ROLE As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing the underlying architecture that powers the innovative media team. The role will require you to devise scalable, robust, and efficient systems that leverage technology, and ensure their integration with diverse components of the media ecosystem (billing, reporting, etc.). Responsibilities Communication Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement within workflow processes and communication protocols. Encourage strategic thinking/solutions to the team; provide examples and feedback in team meetings. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify key analytics use cases and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. Effectively communicate complex data and system solutions in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders. Managing Business & Operations Contribute to the evolution of our systems to improve user experience, allowing for better business analysis, reporting, and automation. Oversee the end-to-end development and launch of B2B analytics products, from concept and prototyping to full-scale implementation. Possess the technical knowledge and acumen required to coach team members on problem solving and troubleshooting within systems (Salesforce, billing systems, media reporting, etc.). Participate in leadership projects to identify new business solutions for the agency. Work across various teams to improve their workflow and automation opportunities. Qualifications TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS Responsible for working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of individuals, client accounts, vendors/partners, and as a liaison between buying, planning, the creative and engineering community. Proven experience in developing and scaling data analytics platforms, preferably in a media or agency environment. Candidate will work on a variety of projects at one time acting as lead and serving as a supporting player on other team projects. Strong media financial acumen is mandatory. Business financial acumen is preferred. Advanced understanding of the media landscape. SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS Is credible, courageous, and persuasive. Strong attention to detail and ability to keep the ball moving during project/product management and execution of content. Sense of confidence, presence, and clarity in communication and presentation styles. Strong sense of urgency with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time while effectively communicating with all necessary parties (connecting the dots). Displays a growth mindset to go beyond their own remit. Takes accountability when things go wrong. Empowers others, giving them space and authority in their roles. Gives recognition when individuals deliver or take risks. Is able to join the dots to develop the bigger picture strategy. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience managing programs from inception to launch for business-to-business and scaled customer-facing products. 6-10 years' experience in a leadership program management role. A proven track record of successful 0-1 product launches and scaled enterprise experience. Deep experience implementing agile development structures for companies. Technologist by experience or education; comfortable communicating high-level benefits and digging into the technical weeds and demonstrable ability to simplify and communicate complicated ideas. Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience working with emergent technology brands and businesses. Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative, and producing results - you will drive program initiatives from inception through to execution. Compensation Range: $146,490 - $230,460 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
